Get a DAC Role encompassing all operations for all types and relationships for an ORM with the given DAC prefix.
Parameters
- prefixPath: LiteralValue[] = []
  Path prefix identifying the ORM scope.
- constraintType: DACConstraintType
  Allow/deny constraint type.
Returns BaseDACRole
DAC role that covers all operations under the prefix.
